1.Overview:

This leveling line applies to leveling and cutting to length of the medium-thick coiled plate, such as hot rolled carbon steel, low alloy steel, industrial stainless steel etc.

It generally consists of hydraulic feeding trolley, decoiler, hydraulic material guiding machine pinching and coarse leveling machine, transition workbench, deviation correcting mechanism, leveling set, plate shearing machine, stacking platform, hydraulic system,. electrical control system etc. Depending on the user`s needs, it can be equipped with edge cutting machine, slitting machine and edge wire coiler to obtain 4-slitting side plates or shear the steel plate into strips along the length. The DC CNC system from the Eurotherm is generally selected for length control.
