The power train section
The two lower rollers are drive rollers, the upper roller is a driven roller. It consists of first part -belt tansmission , second part - reducer transmission, third section bear transmission, making lower roller do positive and negative movement. Through friction between surface and mould to drive the upper mold. Then it can bending and rolling the profile sheet.
Hydraulic systerm
The rising and falling movement of upper rolleris driven by hydraulic systerm, rated working pressure is 19.5MPa.
The systerm adopt gear pump,the rising and falling of hydro-cylinder is controlled by the devices such as electromagnetic valve, overflow valve and electromagnetic relief valve.Before turning on the machine we must start with empty load ,down pressure adjustment,over load unloading ,observat the adjusting range of systerm and pressure fluctuations situation.
Systerm is form of buttons which connect the electromagnetic valves.
