Three-Roll Symmetrical Bending Machine for Shipbuilding Industry
1. Summarize
Three roll bending machine for shipbuilding industry is exclusive to bend sheet metal.Arc-shaped machine parts can be rolled.NC control mode is adopted to easy and simple handle, convenient and high efficiency.
2.Main components of rolling machine
This machine mainly composed by machine frame, top roll part, bottom roll part, nether support roll device, main transmission device, chassis, feeding and correcting device ,hydraulic system, electrical system and other components.
2-1 machine frame
Machine frame is steel welded box-shaped structure, with good bending rigidity.
2-2bottom roll device
Bottom roll part composed with bottom roll, bearing base, gear and the other components. Two bottom rolls are both drive rolls. lower roll gear rolled sheet is used to pass the required torque. In order to prevent the roll in the load conditions have a big roll deflection, the two lower rolls with the following five roll.
2-3 top roll device
Top roll part mainly composed of main cylinder, beam, bearing base, top roll, upper support roll and so on. Two main cylinders provide pressure 1100Tons to bend plate. Cylinders' working pressure is 19.5MPa. Box-shaped beam structure welded with steel plate, good bending stiffness. 5 groups upper support rolls arranged under the beam prevent top roll having a big deflection in the load condition. The installation of double-row roll bearing double row self-aligning bearings to reduce friction resistance, the position on the roll by the roll bearing mounted on the side of the rack and the displacement sensor, and then the digital meter automatically displays the location of height.
The roll is made of alloy steel 42CrMo, quenching HB241 ~ 286 after roughing, roll steel standards
2-4 feeding and correcting device (optional)
feeding and correcting device is designed for reducing misalignment. It mainly consists of two cylinders, baffle of the base. By push-button, remainder stroke of the cylinder is always zero when the correcting baffle is vertical or horizontal.
2-5 nether support roll device
support roll device consists of support rolls, nut screw body, wedge bodies etc.
nether support roll adjust rising and falling according to the required pressure. regulating variable of rising or falling is indicated by scaleplate.
2-6, the chassis
Integral steel structure chassis is easy to install and good rigidity.
2-7 the main transmission device
Main transmission device mainly consists of drive belt of the main motor, pulleys, reducer output gear brakes and other several parts. Main transmission can turn CW and CCW, providing torque for plate rolling.

4. electrical control system
Devices consist of the electronic control system box, manual operating console, hand-held button box composition. Power supply 380V/50Hz. Main switch with short circuit protection and the main motor overload protection function. Reversing motor controlled by the AC contactor; control circuit is controlled by PLC programmable controll system, relay less reliable action, long life. Control cabinet has completed the process of rolling all the products control buttons, lights, digital form, so as to control the operation of the machine and the working state control.
5.hydraulic system
Hydraulic system consists of gear pump, valve, pipe fittings and other ancillary components. hydraulic valve stack valve selection, piping layout simple, less leakage, maintenance debugging.
System consists of two circuit components, pressure regulator circuit, the synchronization loop.
Loop through the main relief valve pressure regulator control system working pressure. System working pressure 19.5MPa.
Synchronization loop through the shunt on the throttle roll on the rise and fall of crude segregation step synchronization, throttle to the upper and lower adjustment; displacement sensor, the positioning accuracy on the roll synchronization ± 0.15mm.
