structural characteristics

The machine is mainly comprised of the rack, work rolls, activities beams, supporting rollers and lower beams, body pressure, the main transmission, lubrication system, electrical control systems, security systems and other components.
The machine body with four-poster frame structure, the next row roller fixed in the under frame, the upper work roll is fixed to the moving beam deceleration machine and worm drive motor through the body pressure, the upper work roll for the lifting movement To ensure the accuracy of the leveling, , the lower work rolls are equipped with supporting rollers. 1 rack:
The frame is welded structure, weld through a rigorous inspection, weld annealing to eliminate internal stress. The chassis is the main force component of the machine, designed to have sufficient strength and rigidity ,but also further strengthened . The welded structures processing by imported CNC machining in order to ensure its accuracy.

2, The beams:
The beams is steel plate welded structure, the whole part is annealed to eliminate internal stress. Then the beam has enough stiffness and strength to ensure the accuracy of the steel plate leveler and reduce the number of straightening .
3, Depressed institutions:
The reduction mechanism consists of motor, worm reducer and screw, nut. motor drive reducer and worm gear make the screw up and down then realize the up roller move up and down movement.
The angle between the upper and lower work rolls can be adjusted , to achieve optimum flatness requirements, the depressed position display by the digital display.
Down means working principle:

4, the upper and lower work rolls:
The work roll is the key working parts of the machine, the machine work roll made of 42CrMo, forging, grinding surface hardening, hardness HRC52 ~ 58 finish of 0.8, the work roll bearings are self-aligning bearing high load carrying capacity friction, long service life. 5, the support roller:
Upper and lower have a back-up roll, the material using 40Cr, after quenching, grinding bearings for roller bearings. The support roller assembly for sheet correction accuracy is extremely important, and most of the work corrective force is borne by the supporting rollers, the stiffness and accuracy of the assembly of the support roller directly affect the quality of sheet correction. 6, the main drive:
The main drive system of the machine composed of a 37KW AC motor, reducer, distribution box, through the universal joint shaft driven roller. All the work rolls are active roll. Meet the maximum load, the entire transmission system have reliable performance and work steadily, .

7, under the crossbar:
The lower beam is steel plate welded structure,is the leveler bearing body, bearing roller mounted thereon, the deflection is small, enough to ensure high strength steel plate leveler . Post-weld strictire will be annealing .
8, the lubrication system:
We use the dry lubricating oil pump, each rotating parts can be effective lubrication.
9, the electrical system:
The electrical system composed of console, the main power cabinet. Have less relay, move reliability, long life, easy to operate. Around rack is equipped with four emergency stop button, the upper and lower motor parts equipped limit switches, effective protection electrical appliances.
electrical system has a overflow overvoltage protection, main components of Siemens products. DRO installation in manipulation stage, facilitate to operation of the operator.
